I was a support person for Wendy in Dubai at the 7 star Shangrila Hotel. Wendy designed and orchestrated a two week New Zealand Wine and Food promotion, where she signatured our kinaki (Maori herbs and spices)with New Zealand produce. The event was booked out and had a sensational response.
I forgot to say she is also the kaimoana Queen of Cuisine!

Wendy and her team catered at a welcome function of varied canapes for 140 of us, a business session breakfast and lunch the following day, and then a third function at the end of our conference. The standard of food and service for a large catered event was excellent as a number of our delegates came to me commenting on how good the food and service were. I am sure that Wendy’s use of fresh local produce, as well as her passion for cooking and presenting New Zealand food, changed what could have been a mass catering job to be a gourmet food experience."
